Become a YouTuber

Ever wanted to host your own Youtube channel? Or wondered how some of these YouTubers make their videos look so good? Ninjas will work together to create and customize a shared YouTube channel, including the design of unique channel art, profile pictures, and video thumbnails. They will also be guided through how to record, edit, and upload videos. Throughout camp, Ninjas will analyze popular YouTube videos and learn about copyrights and fair use to give them what it takes to become a Youtuber, all in a collaborative environment!

Intro to Roblox Development

In this hands-on, fully guided experience, Ninjas will learn the basics of game building and creative development in Roblox, an exciting, online gaming platform. Ninjas will spend their time building and exploring new worlds in Roblox before sharing their creations locally and globally. This camp will teach Ninjas how to plan, design, and build their own 3D world to create much more than just a game!

Moviemaking With Minecraft®

Step into the world of Minecraft® and learn how to build worlds through storytelling!

Ninjas will shift their imagination into high gear as they learn scene building, storytelling, and video recording featuring their own Minecraft® world. They will also jump into the basics of editing and mixing audio as they produce their final stories as short movies. Using Minecraft® as a creative medium, Ninjas will have fun expressing themselves and sharing their stories with friends. They will leave this camp with a deeper understanding of how creativity and technology can work together to tell exciting stories.

Code Your Own Arcade

If you love retro arcade games, this is the camp for you! Ninjas will create retro-style arcade games with Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. Throughout the camp, Ninjas combine the power of coding with game design to enhance their programming skills and develop games inspired by classic platformers, adventure games, and more! At the end of the camp, they will bring their games to life on handheld gaming devices to play and share with friends.

August Camps

Question : Do you offer full-day camps?
A: Yes! Just book the Morning (AM) and Afternoon (PM) Camp for that week, pack them a lunch. Ninjas will stay with us for lunch, so pick them up at 2:45PM. (9:00AM to 2:45PM) 

Question: Are there any discounts? 
A: Families registered for our CREATE or JR program will need to contact the centre to receive an ADDITIONAL 10% OFF the seen price on the website. The discount CANNOT be applied online so please email us with the specific camp and dates and we will send you a confirmation email. Question: Do I need to provide anything for my child to attend camp? A : We provide all the tech, equipment, and materials. If your child is attending a camp such as Roblox, and they already have an account, we encourage them to come prepared with their own login and password if they wish to use it. The software may ask for 2-factor authentication which could complicate things, so we always have 'house accounts' for Ninjas to use if they cannot get into their accounts, or if they do not have one. We may try to contact you one time for an authentication code if we run into this, and your child REALLY wants to use their own account. We aim to please!

Question: Is lunch included? 
A: No. If your child is staying the full day, you can pack them a nut-free lunch, and we will provide the supervision at no additional cost. 

Question: What is your refund policy?
A: We do not provide refunds for our Camps due to the possibility that a spot may be taken away from another child. However, if you are unable to have your child attend, and you provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice, we can either transfer the camp to a different week or offer you credit that you can use for future purposes.
